Licence
Notelune is licensed through the App Store, not sold. Unless a custom agreement is presented in the App Store, your use is governed by the Apple Standard EULA .
Free use and lifetime purchase
The free version includes the complete notebook and one private space with up to 50 photos or videos and 10 documents. An optional monthly or annual subscription, or a lifetime purchase, unlocks additional private spaces and items. It does not include iCloud storage. Prices and availability are displayed by the App Store before purchase and may vary by region.
Purchase processing, refunds and Family Sharing eligibility are handled by Apple under App Store terms. Reading, recovering and exporting content already stored in Notelune remain available if you reach a free limit.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your notes and media. You are responsible for having the rights to content you import, for maintaining sufficient device and iCloud storage, and for keeping recovery keys and backups in a safe place. Do not use Notelune to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Encryption and recovery
Private-space encryption is designed so the developer cannot restore access without your passphrase or recovery key. If both are lost, your content may be permanently inaccessible. You should test backups and exports that matter to you.
iCloud and third-party services
iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store and system services are provided by Apple. Their availability, terms, storage limits and account controls are outside Notelune's control. Features may be temporarily limited by connectivity, system settings, storage, service availability or OS compatibility.
No absolute-security promise
Notelune uses safeguards intended to protect private content, but no software or storage system can promise perfect security or uninterrupted operation. Screen recording, screenshots and external cameras cannot always be prevented by an app.
